Friday Evening Update…

Okay here’s the latest update on Sunday’s Snow system.  We’re cutting back the amounts some from the earlier post based on several factors… 1) ground temperatures are going to be extremely warm at the onset, the upper system is opening up and weakening as it passes south of here (heading into a confluent flow),  The snow looks to be a heavy, wet snow so ratios look pretty low (i.e. could be closer to 8:1 – maybe even 6:1 for a time).

Remember, only minor changes in the low pressure track will cause changes to this snowfall forecast, so we’ll keep you updated to see if any changes are required the next 36 hours.
